The blood spatter from the first image of this thread are from two events. The first is that the blood (the lighter smaller droplets) have been sprayed onto the paper and also in the basin where the paper lies (bathtub sink etc.) The second blood spatter are the larger blood droplets indicating that the blood source or the item used (weapon) is hovering over the paper. The symbol in the bottom left hand corner looks to be a messy "5".

In all probability, OP is a person who didnt recieve as much attention as he wanted to. Being (possibly) a murderer is on thing, but showing it off, and showing it off in a "riddle" like way implies he wants others to be interested in him, or at least in the little game he plays. The whole " murders in different manner " seems to be a bit too fancy, to be just done out of boredom, it is a clear call for attention. He might be antisocial, or simply shunned by society. Some form of psichological disorder is also a possibility, as he seems to worship sociopathic serial killers.

Or at least, that is a layman's perspective on the case.
