Let's see the inside of your pc's. Just did cable management on mine, kinda pissed off that I couldn't hide that black and yellow wire going through the middle.
they do if you have the stupid tri-wing driver bullshit. you can make do with a small flathead though. everything comes off in chunks, so its pretty quick to disassemble an reassemble
Bait right? iBuypower sticker, SSD laid loose in bay, 8-pin not fed from the back, big case, small mobo, low end PSU and GPU, watercooling, 3 of 4 DIMMs.
Not any one thing is necessarily bad. Just really really bad optimization.
Here's mine, did the best with what I have. Average temps under load after extended periods of time are about 40c
Bought a new case a month ago and rewired w/ new PSU
I got it for like 20$ unopened so decided it would be better to use then air.
As for the ssd I don't have the mounts for it and since its not using a disk I don't need to worry about losing data due to it being bumped.
i wasn't the one who called you a noobfag. but honestly, i don't know what i'm talking about. i just wanted to prepare so i can sound cool on /g/
Pretty easy to manage cables with zip ties and zip tie mounts
My rig atm
gpu at 4.6ghz, could use more ram not that i really have a need for it.
GPU is a gainward gtx 980 phantom edition.
Nothing fancy smancy 2 look at but runs well and thats the important thing.
I'm too lazy to take a pic right now, but this is basically the same. I've rotated the heatsink to blow out the top, and it's probably a little dustier now since it's not quite time for a cleaning yet.
Awwww shit, got the same case nigga. High five.
uh just customizablility and being sick looking.
downfalls are having to drain and what not every once in awhile.
but closed loops the motors eventually go out in the pumps.
in the long run its hard to say, closed loops are cheap and effective, open loops look cool but can be a pain to setup/having to clean and what not.
Alright thanks. In my next build I want to do a black and green theme so I was going to make an open loop for the looks.
How do you bend the tubes for a open loop assuming that I'm using aluminum tubing.
Thinking of getting some of those sleeved cables but I don't think I could pay $100+ for cables.
Eh. It doesn't have much room for cable management. That's my only complaint.
Nigga, I run a Xfire setup. I get hot air no matter the heatsink orientation. There was no temperature difference, and I just prefer for it to blow up rather than back. 40°C on idle and 60°C on load.
GTX 980 MASTER RACE!
nah, my build sucks dick, 2 cards are gtx 460's that are old as shit, and if they work in Sli the second one starts choking and overheating up to 120 degrees C and turns off the system. I run 2 monitors and a TV for media, so that's why i still have 2 gpu's
yes, this case is FUCKING GIANT and it has NO cable managing space in the back AT ALL
beta faggots cant afford GTX980
better wait for 2027 then so you can get that epic gpu that also will fuck you in the ass!
when a better gpu drops i will buy that too cuz im not a poor beta faggot like you, and for now, i have the best gpu money can buy.
