Dentslfag here, I can't tell much from your post pic though. It's mist probsbly infected, and possibly an abcess. Does fairly cold/hot liquids or air feel sensitive? Also, go to the dentist and get it checked. Extractions aren't super expensive. Many dentists will accept an emergency case at odd hours if required.
