What's a good anime to start and binge all night?
Infinite Stratos, 12 episodes, pretty entertaining mindless fun
Hate to be generic about this OP but Neon Genesis Evangelion is great. don't watch rebuilds though, and for god's sake watch the move, and only do so after you finish the show. It's about 20ish episodes but it's life changing.
Yojouhan Shinwa Taikei (The Tatami Galaxy, in english). Fucking brilliant avante garde storytelling for which I will give away no spoilers.
For Tatami Galaxy:
Both have unique animation styles, which made them really attractive to me.
you fool! the spoilers!
dark than black is too slow to watch in one sitting
>because anime is gay.
says the faggot on an image borad designed for anime
Also Samurai Champloo, Baccano!, Durarara!!, Hunter x Hunter (2011), the entire Kara no Kyoukai movie series, Kyousou Giga, Log Horizon, Nichijou, Blast of Tempest, and Senyuu.
FLCL, Paranoia Agent, Anohana, Panty and Stocking, and Usagi Drop are all short and sweet, 1 night watches. Right now I'm gonna binge watch Tatami Galaxy.
that was one of the most pants-shitting parts of the whole show.
It's not the same out of context though, we had 20 episodes to bake that brick in our asshole before the made use drop it
FLCL is the perfect one sitting anime (only six episodes but epically wonderful)
Steins;Gate, Soul Eater, Seven Deadly Sins, Terror in Resonance, Rurouni Kenshin, Psycho-Pass, Hyouka, Cowboy Bebop, all of the Monogatari series, Gintama, Magi.
Watamote for depression, for romance Toradora. Haven't seen many conclusive romances myself tho
Am I the only one who actually doesn't want it to end? My week will feel more empty with one more less adventure. Same goes with Naruto, which will end soon. We all know that in the end they will accomplish their ultimate goal and will live happy forever, but it's about the adventure getting there.
Clannad and Clannad: Afterstory, Kamisama Hajimemashita, Kobato, Lovely Complex, Kimi no Todoke, Natsu no Arashi!, Mysterious Girlfriend X, Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo, Sankarea, Another, My Little Monster.
A lot. I think at times it's god damn terrifying. Sure the little butt baby OBE forms are weird and kiddy but hey, anime. The fear sequences and malevolent ghosts are sick. It's like a
kinda watery
paranormal version of S.E Lain.
Never had a lucid dream? I study them sometimes at my work.
baka and test
eden of the east.
i've only binged a few series' like that and so far here are my reactions:
Kill la kill: THAT SHIT WAS CASH
Gurren Lagann: HE MADE IT, NIGGA HE MADE IT. WAIT NIA WHA-
Evangelion: HE MADE IT NIGGA
Eden of the East: Wow what an enlightening and entertaining 11 episodes, I really want to see more of this. Oh wait, there's two entire movies! Oh what a wonderful afternoon I will have tomorrow with this fun and entertaining cartoon.
TL;DR Eden of the east is a feel-good not a hype-fest. feel-goods are good for this kinda thing.
Serial Experiments Lain - (depression)
Say I love you - (cute, kinda depression)
Mysterious Girlfriend X - (awkward, romance)
Kotoura-san - (depression, romance)
Steins;Gate - (depression, kinda-romance)
Sakura Trick - (yuri, romance)
Mayo Chiki! - (reverse crossdresser, romance)
Kaicho wa Maid sama - (romance)
And gay sex, don't forget gay sex
Well, this was friggin terrifying (inb4 i spoil it for you)
Anyway, I had been trying to lucid dream a few years ago. I would keep my dream journal. But I guess I lacked sleep. I often woke up in non-REM (shallow sleep according to google) and couldn't remember my dreams. So yeah, I have never had a lucid dream.
Akira was fucking 10/10
one of the few examples of a movie that was a masterpiece while pretty much changing everything in the manga.
if you've watched one you'll enjoy the other. they both have super solid animation.
If you want a few good anime movies to watch:
Into the Forest of Fireflies' Light
Sword of the Stranger
Those are all fairly recent though.
Oh I watched both. And I fucking spewed rainbows when both ended. So fucking awesome.
Btw is anyone else keeping up with Legend of Korra? Shit's getting intense. It sucks that this is the last season.
Yeah, I cant believe in the last episode they spent all of five minutes dealing with Lin's mother being absent for twenty years. There's some bullshit
they are both great. KLK was a weird boner at first but it slowly turned into one of respect. GL was basically a show as intense as gamagori personality. fucking robots inside of robots
Samurai deeper kyo
Hakuoki: Shinsengumi Kitan
Blade of the immortal
Eden of the East
I haven't seen Korra post-season 1. The end of the season felt too conclusive to move on, is it worth watching?
Yeah I agree. I mean, I like that there's finally an answer to the question of who Lin's father is, but since Nick cut the episode time by a minute, I would have liked to see more of the fucking story progressing. They can do a lot with an extra minute. I felt like that entire episode was compact as fuck. Still pretty good though.
YES. FUCKING YES.
Every person I've talked to about this who stopped after season 1 and got caught up like 2 years later has started fuming about how awesome it is. It's worth it. There's also some pretty cool backstory to the origin of the Avatar in the beginning of season 2.
The last thing I watched in one sitting was Free Eternal Summer, so if you like cute boys and swimming, that I guess.
Panty and Stocking.
Attack on Titan
Hajime no Ippo
Akame ga Kill
Shinjeki no Bahamut
Sword Art Online
Hunter x Hunter 2011
First season is shit tier compared to the other seasons, imo. Not to say it is bad, it's just a relative measurement to the rest. 4 is about to end. 3 is my favorite LoK season yet.
You're a massive faggot.
NGNL was fucking awesome. Obviously built to be a blockbuster like hit. I don't even care about the fan service because of how awesome the entire concept was. Second season won't be for a while though. Not enough source material.
Posting every chance I get, as long as it's relevant (enough). Remember, watch what you want, don't pretend it's the best.
Don't trick more people to the never ending curse
>They're never getting off the boat
I swear, although HxH and Berserk are my two of my favorites, having to wait forever for more chapters is painfull
