Very rarely even the distributor knows the producer whose CP might be decades old. Therefore in most cases it is impossible to trace any signs of demand. The law is currently very undeveloped and influenced by ongoing pedophile hysteria. I'm sure in the future these issues are better acknowledged in the legislation.

Murder is a crime but yet can have 1000's of pictures of it and its not illegal.
