Basically all eminem ever says. But rhyme-wise/structure wise, he's very talented.

To me biggie had the nicest voice and flow, 50 cent has a great flow too (although I consider him a terrible rapper because he's got no lyricism or content). Tupac and PRT had some of the nicest content, which is very rare. Rap isn't really known for being though provoking.
And Big L, Big Pun were great lyrically like eminem is also.

Well it all started in the late 80s and 90s. Rappers used to rhyme, but some didn't really rhyme perfectly. They'd rhyme words like "gat/clack". That was the first innovation in rap then. Then came along Kool G rap, he started using a technique called "multis". Basically, it's a sequence of rhymes. 1 rhyme after another, then rakim started doing it and it became common practice. The longer the rhymes were, the better it sounded.
Then I don't know who, but people began using inner-rhymes (Bone thugs and Tupac do it a lot, but they probably didn't pioneer it). And both of these things are what eminem is realllllllll good at.

There's a reason Kanye is as famous as he is. Sure, he can be an egotistical asshole. But he is a pioneer in the music world. He's a genius whether or not you want to admit it. There's plenty of good rappers, but he really is one of the top 3 ever, if not number one.

Sure Tupac and Biggie and those old school rappers were good in the 90's. This is 2014, the hip hop world isn't the same, stop dick riding them. They aren't good when you really compare them to a lot of modern day rappers. There shit was basic. Old school. And that was good then. Not now.

Few rappers come close to being as good as Kanye. Like I said, he's a pioneer. You can't compare the drill rappers of Chicago to Kanye. Drill is pretty cool, I fuck with Lil Herb and Chief Keef, but they aren't as good lyrically, and they aren't really bringing anything new to the table like Ye.

I'm not saying that other rappers suck, because there are a lot of great rappers. Joey Bada$$, Earl, Vince Staples, Schoolboy Q, Gambino, Kid Cudi, Chance the Rapper, Mac Miller, Travi$ Scott, Curren$y, hell I could list all day. But do any of them really come close to what Kanye has achieved? No. Mac and Cudi are bringing some new shit to the table and I really dig them, but they aren't a Kanye.

Eminem is just a sellout. Fuck him. He was pretty good back in the 2000's. Relapse marked his downfall. Recovery was shit. And now he made this new MMLP to "get back to his roots" but really, he did it to get more fucking money. That shit isn't new. It wasn't good. Fuck. Eminem.
