ITT: God-Tier beers
Looking for some new ones to try this weekend. Give me some ideas, /b/.
Anything Stone is good. Umm if you live in Richmond VA you should try "Legend" they make a very good beer. Chimay "the beer brewed by monks" is very good too! :)
Anything from Russian River brewery in Santa Rosa CA at last check they had 5 of the top 30 beers in the Fucking world according to beeradvocate.com
Pliny you faggots
drinking this now... not god tier. but pretty good
Someone say russian river?
gumballhead is outstanding. they used to distribute out here (PA) but stopped in like 2005 or something, sucks balls because I havent had any Three Floyds since then
keep up the good work fellas
Troges double bock, if you haven't tried it, Sam Adams Rebel IPA, baba black lager... Toges Double bock is hands down my favorite, at least until leininkugel brings back 1888 bock.
Birmingham reporting in
Real man's beverage.
odds of obtaining a bottle of this are slim and none
Birmingham fag here also, the vanillaphant is awesome. What is your favorite brewery from around here? I love that good people coffee oatmeal stout
If you want to try something gimmicky and filled with all things delicious.
The only beer I drink
How I'm rolling tonight
They're both great
u have to get on a wait list to get a bottle of it, then u pay 7 or 8 bucks for a 12 oz bottle and are limited to one per customer at most places. i managed to get 2 bottles this year.
I'm pretty new to the area so Good People and Avondale is all I've tried. I prefer Avondale for the Vanillaphant and their trial beers are usually good.
Good People is something I love to show to visiting friends and family. I drink the oatmeal coffee stout and snake handler, but the brown is a good dinner beer.
got a bottle last week and it was well worth it.
dragons milk is an imported imperial ale.
Aged in Oak casks, made with fine dark chocolate and coffee grounds.
it is the darkest shit I have ever had.
And it is so fucking good.
IPA's beware. your near bud lite tastes have nothing against the near syrupy texture of superior imperial ales.
No idea where my reply went, but there's a beer company called Upland. Pretty common (i believe, i'm a midwest-fag), brewer. But they have a brew called Schwarz. Black as night, tasty as fuck. Not too thick though.
Had this a lot on a family vacation last summer (2013). Too bad I can't get it here in PA
If any of you get a chance try Fall River Brewery's Widowmaker. Very obscure small nor cal brewery but the fucking kill it. Try to find any of there offerings. They have a triple ipa out I've yet to find.
Wheres mah PBR?!
Anyone ever tried this? I had the 2012 version when it came out.
Try 1129 unique kid
Shut up faggot
Spotted Cow. Best part it's only available in Wisconsin.
dragons milk is good but (pic related) is more delicious
>Implying fruity beer and good beer are mutually exclusive
>Implying fruity beer is bad
>A case of bud.
Expand your taste. Most the beer i get now is Quebec, between 7-9% and that shit is flavorful as fuck.
Bud is fucking close to water compared to it.
Youz guys Philly-fags?
I know Victory is harder to find the further you get from Philly. I like their Hop Devil, and their Alley Lager.
Farm to Barrel Pluot sour ale. Completely awesome
I share all of my beer. Why would I work hard to get rare beer and not want to discuss it with like minded people?
And take pictures on my phone.
You classy motherfucker. I think their 8 is the best, but we can at least agree that rochefort is the best beer.
it's hard to find but fucking amazing. i can only get 2 of them at a time in a belgian sampler pack, luckily everything in the pack is good.
If you like sour beers, go back and buy it right now.
never had that one but petrus aged pale is fucking boss.
i regret never trying one of those when i lived in WI, i also wish i had been old enough to legally drink when i lived there.
These aren't lambics, these are bullshit.
Industrial Revolution Brewing Company. Not bottling yet! Coming soon!
This is they're Pinfire Double IPA! 8.0% Alc/Vol
>> Wishing you all could have this elixir
>> Still confined to Minneapolis metro area
>> Tears taste almost as delicious when I ebay for 400 percent profit
i know but i couldn't buy shit for myself. the worst part is i didn't even drink beer when i lived there, hadn't tried any sort of craft beers yet though.
