Bizarrely I got my first ASMR after having a migraine, and then listening to some ambient violin music. I've never been able to replicate that feeling properly again. Although I still get something out of the videos, it's not the same.

Do you guys prefer to watch video or do you just listen to the sounds? If I want to sleep, I rarely watch the video - it helps to keep me awake. But I still don't find it exciting to watch more than 10 minutes of these videos. I leave them on for sounds, but that's it.
