thing is what i found during my boxing carrier is the difference between a well executed punch being a knockout punch or just a dazing one is putting your shoulder in it (or as some calls it punching thru). everything else is the same motion starts from the legs builds up through your hips and torso rotation and shoulder and arm and extend and rotate fist, it's like a flow of momentum or more like a wave that gets stronger as it progresses i don't know. but if you don't turn your entire shoulder into it it's a sparring punch, if you do it's a lights out punch. you center of mass should not move with your punch that is what peasants do.
