as for tips, the usual - shave legs (wikihow has a good article for men), know your body type and dress accordingly (pic related), learn how to apply makeup (again, internet = bountiful resource), grow out hair (bangs are your friend), do cardio + squats to get a good butt, diet properly to reduce musclemass in manly places, take hormones to grow tittays and redistribute body fat into prettier places...

hormones are the hardest part. the way i've seen it, you can go about two (ish) ways -

1) go to a gender therapist, have a few sessions talking about your gender and stuff, have them diagnose you with gender dysphoria and be given the go-ahead to get prescription hormones and testosterone blockers, get regular checkups and generally be much more controlled.

2) go online and buy them, self-med at home. not advised, but doable if you know what you're doing and have done the required bucketfuck of research that stops you from killing yourself / fucking yourself up.

2.5 kinda) self-med for a while, then go to a doctor and tell them you want to start a prescription. they can't turn you down knowing you'll just go back to self-medding, since that endangers your life (and they kinda have to stop that).
