>>550816082 Well, you can stop asking the internet and ask yourself... I tell this to everyone but people are such anxious autists they won't even try: Dress like a douche, go to a club, get hammered, start hitting on women. You're going to get one. It's all trial / error. You don't even have to dress like a douche, but from what I attained you probably wouldn't dress right on your own. Don't fucking dismiss me or you'll be beta your whole life, go fucking do it and you'll be happy and picking your own girls by next year.
broke up with my girlfriend of 4 years 2 weeks ago OP. I realized our relationship was going nowhere. Sleeping in a empty bed is a strange feeling, the thing that keeps me going is knowing in a years time I will be in a better place.
>>550816958 reality is, break ups suck. My first relationship was only 2 years but we spent every spare moment together, when I realized how crazy she really was I split with her. for around 3-4 months I was a depressed faggot. Spent a lot of time thinking negatively and every moment I wasn't busy I'd feel down, lonely, and want her back. reality is, the key to getting over bitches is staying occupied and also casing other tail. Its also strange being a male in a break up. For women they will straight away call up their girlfriends and have a cry and eat ice cream. With guys, theres a weird macho part of it, where you hide your feelings and end up drinking yourself to sleep. But chin up, shit will be fine in time
>>550817378 I know what you're saying I spend all day with her and when we could not be together we texted each other all day long. I know I have to be occupied but I'm on break from college right now, and I do not have a job so I spend all day thinking of her.
>>550817654 Throwing up everywhere doesn't sound like fun
too bad that's wrong. lol I've been with probably 30 girls in 6 years or so. Mostly one night stands but a handful of multiyear relationships. Drugs alcohol and fucking random women = the best way to get over that relationship. I'm getting over a one year 6 month relationship loss and getting back on my feet after losing my house to a bitch who cheated on me. Don't tell me I don't know what I'm talking about
> What's your major in college? > Do you think she really wants to be single? > How long ago did she break up with you? > Where did you meet? > Is there anything you're glad you don't have to deal with anymore?
>>550820236 The fact that I could share anything with her and she would always listen and never judged me for anything, and that she could do the same thing.
Her jealousy and the fact that she never let go anything
No, but I should've. The last month she was always telling me "anon, I feel that our relationship is comming to an end, I think you are going to break up with me at any time" and she spend a lot of time sad about that.
>>550820139 Nigga are you me? You described a lot of stuff which happened to me, except my gf said we were different people etc and other random bullshit Basically she got bored whilst I was doing my fucking degree and studying for exams and didn't want to go out much, then dumped me because she's a selfish, fickle cunt
>>550820392 Things like if I was 2 minutes late she was mad at me the whole nite. Her family was pure drama, I fucking hate them. And some little thing I hate about her like this sound she used to make with her nose that really irritated me
>>550821301 Really? She also said shit like that and that we want different things and some other crap, yeah actually the day after she break up with me I have this final exam that was 70% of the final score.. You can guess how it went.
>>550821749 Luckily I got dumped after my last exam, but all the stuff she got annoyed about happened during my last exams and coursework, when I was almost constantly doing work and then was very tired after getting not much sleep and stressing out over exams. I presume the real reason was that I wasn't giving her enough attention, and didn't want to do stuff she wanted to do (which I would have been up for, had I not been extremely tired). SO yeah, women are incapable of understand other people's problems, are always fickle, and very often selfish and ignorant
Also, I'm pretty sure I got a 1st overall for my degree, so that cunt can go and fuck herself
I never understood why after breaking up with someone you would trash/destroy everything they gave you/were involved with. Why not hold onto it? Does destroying it honestly make you feel better? or are you just lashing out your anger?
I personally always found it easier to silently reflect upon these tokens from her. Makes it easier for me at least.
Sounds like what happened to me. My ex was all over me in high school and I finally caved and started dating her.
We dated for roughly 5 years and broke up when I had just turned 23 and she was 21. She wanted to stay friends, but I wasn't sure. Eventually it was me who made more of an effort to stay friends and she realised that she actually couldn't be around me because she of lingering feelings.
The break-up itself was rather mutual. We'd stopped hanging out and talking regularly, we were both at college. So when we finally met again, we both knew it was coming.
I think it's pretty common for teen couples to break up in their early twenties. You're starting college, you're reorienting, making new friends, trying to figure out what you want out of life. And usually, that comes with a lot of stress. Then suddenly, the minor issues in your relationship start to become major issues - fueled by all the other changes and stress in your life.
And you start to think 'You know, maybe I'm not ready to move forward in this relationship', and you break up. Not because you don't care about the other person, but because everything is changing and you wanna see what else is out there.
>>550825265 I'm usually very level headed about this, I guesss I'm just still angry about it, how I thought I could trust her and she just turns round and changes her mind about us at the drop of a hat. I realize all women aren't the same, it's just difficult when I see this sort of thing, and from my own experience, that women are portrayed as being the victims in a break-up and men are always assholes, but very often the woman doesn't know what they want and doesn't care who they hurt
>>550825436 >got dumped 3 months ago of a 2 year relationship >Cried all the shit out of me for 3 days, instead of fighting it. >Think things with logic: "If she dumped me she was no good for me, im better without her" >start dating another girl a week after this >ex-gf finds out, and she removes me of facebook and other shit even tho she never did this with any of her ex, and she wanted to "stay friends". >Girl is now my actual girlfriend, she is pretty great, nerdy and loves me like crazy. >Happy as fuck.
