2 years ago I was diagnosed with autoimmune diseases (where your immune system attacks your own body). It causes deafness and attacks your vestibular nerves (you use them for balance). It also attacked my liver, but thankfully medicine's helped fight that.

Medical expenses are destroying me though. Surgeries and medicines cost so much, even with really good insurance.

How do I cope... I don't honestly. I used to love restoring cars. I can't drive anymore so that's over. I was always a ladies man -- but I can't date with my conditions, I can't even walk straight.

I've lived a good life. I'll stick it out for a while. My dad's got late-stage dementia though, he's the best person I've ever met. That hurts me way more than my medical stuff.

I got punched in the face 3 weeks ago and I still have blood in my eye, it's starting to clear up now though. The day after was fucked, half my eye was solid red.

Really bad ear infection when I was a kid, lost 90% of the hearing in my left ear. Have to switch all my music to mono when I wear buds/phones.
Feels bad man, but could be worse.
