Is this game's multiplayer really as godawful as everyone says it is? I've logged quite a few hours into it and I personally think it's damn good. Am I just blind to a total Carnival of shit, or is it actually decent?

played it about 100 hours, i had fun. I really like feeling and movement of the ID Tech 6 engine.

>New kid
>Been a few months into school
>All is cool with everyone
>Small school with high turnover
>One day some girl shows up
>Immediately realise she a thot
>Bogan thot of that
>Thinks she has power and influence over you
>Always blocks me from conversation because she's possessive as fuck
>God complex as well so she shoves my mistakes down my throat
>Not a good temper myself
>She exploits it
>I get pissed off
>Scream at her
>She plays victim card
>This happens a few times
>One day she decides she's sick of me and starts bullshitting to her betas
>Claims I sexually harassed her
>Friends start dropping
>Start scheming solutions
>Realise I'm friends with a less hostile thot
>Describe the situation to her with a sprinkle of bullshit because she did the same
>Thriend is more estab'd than thot
>Everyone believes her at first
>Betas start flocking to her and my orbit
>One problem; the girls of my class
>They still don't believe me
>Realise after talking to mates they're in on her shit
>Thot gang realised
>I tell thriend about it, she spreads
>Now she gets physical
>Starts sending her last beta orbiter to push me around
>Tell thriend again
>Teachers find out
>She gets expelled
>The last beta orbiter drifts to me
>Thot gang goes back to neutral
>Thriend is grade up so proceeds to year 11
>I am the alpha of the school
>Not attractive and lack common interests with the thot gang so they stay friendly with me but don't chase me down
