Comparing Rose to Paige, Rose certainly had a better coach when she was here than anything TAM has, although TAM has more talent. The only issue is finding training partners. TAM has a squadron of manlet wrestlers. Guess what, so do we. They were still to big to be great training partners for a straw weight. Although, out in California there are more people you could bring in and find.

But, that sucks for them because I've got a fair size advantage. One of our women just won a pro straw weight title, and I've grappled with her. It kind of sucks desu. She's definitely better than me, but it's hard to grapple with her just due to the size difference.

Rockhold and Maia probably had the most impressive grappling showings.


Maia had great cage wrestling and i think probably the best half guard in MMA


Luke Rockhold has no strong wrestling credentials but show how having BJJ knowledge AND strong use of fusing wrestling and cage walls can nullify an all American like Weidman. That last sequence from Rockhold against the wall was so damn awesome, on top of the round 1 and 2 guillotines and the back break down counter he did to Weidman's spin kick.
