Radiologyfag here. You don't have a fracture. You have what's called a "bipartite patella" which is a developmental variant and a common mimicker of fracture. The patella doesn't start off as a single piece but as several and sometimes fails to fuse in this location. This appearance is absolutely textbook (do a GIS). You could still have a ligamentous or meniscal injury though. Those are only visible on MRI.
