Threads like this are funny. I honestly can't even believe how angry people get over the lifestyle decisions of people they don't know, which will affect them in no way whatsoever. It genuinely looks insecure as fuck. You have about as much choice over your perceived gender as you have over your sexual orientation - it's biological, not environmental.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure the extent of the hormone treatment will remove most inherent mechanical and neuromuscular strength advantages a man would have over a woman. But you are certainly left with increased bone density and other physiological traits which could provide an undue advantage (hip anatomy make men's legs inherently stronger than women etc.). At the same time, there's always been a huge variance between athletes of the same gender. Some women are 6'2" and naturally weigh 180lbs, which is about as rare as a transgender athlete and would probably be 'unfair' to anyone who she happens to beat.

If Fox is consistently wrecking female fighters and it appears to be attributable to any male characteristics she's retained, then she shouldn't be allowed to compete, but the ignorance of people who don't understand human anatomy/physiology (or mental health) is actually making an intelligent and logical decision that much harder to achieve.
