Got halfway up the ramp before he realized that he could use this moment to cash in (meaning his intent wasn't to come out and cash in in the first place, he just came out to fuck with Cena)
Goes right back into the ring and cashes in without doing anymore damage to Cena or Jinder.
Ref takes forever to ring the bell because he has to get Jinder up.
