50,000 is probably not happening BUT I think if they got CM Punk and Bryan to appear on a show they could legitimately sell out Staples Center which I believe holds 20,000.

Put together a card that would sell out a 50,000 seat arena in Los Angeles. You can use NJPW, AJPW, ROH, PWG, TNA and Lucha Underground talent, as well as former and disgruntled WWE talents to accomplish this task. Go.

I would tell Stone Cold, The Rock, CM Punk, Undertaker, Hogan, Ric Flair, and anyone else that could be considered a legend to name their price to come back. Have young talent like Rollins carry the broken old guys to good matches so there is actually good wrestling to watch. But to get 50k in attendance there has to be some combo of old legends in "one more match" scenarios.

The one big move WCW did that no other supposed rivals did was to steal wwe's top talent, they even stole hulk hogan.
This would be the equivalent of ROH stealing john cena.
Really the best chance is to find out which wrestlers are disgruntled at wwe, and offer them either more money or anything that wwe doesn't offer them.
I think ROH and new japan forming a fed and putting it in LA could be a threat to wwe, but we have to see how it would turn out. Also you shouldnt bill yourself as wwe's competitor, but the alternative.
As of right now wwe has a monopoly and no one can compete with them, but you can be the thing that fans want, you can be subversive, you can be the fed with the cult following.
The wwe are evil and will try to squash you anyway they can.
You would also need top wrestlers that are exclusive to the new fed and only work for you, and you could only see them at your fed.

Really i think this would be a possible future threat, but not an immidete threat to wwe, so it would be a very long battle to not be squashed by wwe.

The wwe brand in america is the most well known wrestling brand. Even when normies think of wrestling they think of wwe. They defeated their one main rival and now have a monopoly on wrestling.
Any new feds main goals are to get a good tv slot, build a good and well known brand, and try not to get squashed by wwe.
