It was a bunch of skits that aired on an episode of Thunder. Ernest Miller bought his entrance, music, helmet and contacts and Kaz got tricked into paying a fortune for the rest of his costume. They only used what they "bought" a couple of times because it was meant to be a quick joke to get rid of the gimmick, not an actual passing of the torch thing.
