He doesn't deserve shit, it took Flair over 30 years to get 16 title runs (it's really around 28 but WWE only counts 16).

All of Cenas title reigns have been garbage, not ONE single reign where he put someone over and made them a star, Flair atleast put over blonde Sting and made him relevant.
