You're not, I'm rather uncomfortable with diving headbutts honestly but I take some degree of solace in that as far as I've seen he rarely does them from any great height and he typically isn't mashing his head on landing. Even when he goes to the ropes it's usally a middle rope drop rather than a top rope leaping dive and he tends to break his own fall before his head makes "contact", which is usually against a more forgiving surface than another skull. He's not going full suicide with them.
