As a new member of the HOF, he has to sign a Legends Deal which means that Vince has the rights to use his name and likeness for merchandise and TV. He's basically an ambassador for the WWE now and will do public appearances for the company. This doesn't mean he can't wrestle for indy promotions, Lawler does it almost every weekend, but it does mean he won't be able to do TV appearances like for TNA or ROH.
