Miz's WWE Title run actually wasn't bad, it's just viewed unfavourably in retrospect because Phil shot on him and said it was undeserving.
He was a very good heel and got heat befitting his role.
Meanwhile the same people who say his reign was shit would probably talk up Seth "Pick up the mic, downwards spike" Rollins' reign.

Rollins barely got any heat as a heel lol. the worst he got was one he put his foot on Edges neck, but people still cheered for him, where as Miz was able to get people to despise and hate him, even to this day.

No, and that's a mark against Rollins as a heel.
He had great fucking matches, once a month.
He was watchable once every 30 days, and that was because he was putting in babyface performances.
Meanwhile Miz was playing a heel weekly, which is more important on WWE's programming slate. It's not just that one PPV, it's the for Raws inbetween.
