Not likely the IWGP would be defended at New Year's Bash. If anything, the soonest would be at The New Beginning or more traditionally at Dominion.

I'm eyeing the Shibata/Goto match. If Shibata loses, it is more likely he'll go after Okada than Omega for the belt. Naito is not likely to go after either one again for some time.
