I don't think we've had any full-timers with the right stuff to be a top guy booked well enough the last few years to really know one way or the other. Punk had incredibly uneven booking, Bryan's body gave out RIGHT when he reached the top, Seth, Roman and Dean have all been booked like jokes to one degree of severity or another since the Shield broke up and have all had mediocre-to-dogshit championship reigns.

Ideally they should push 7 or 12 guys. Not all in the main event but people booked either strong or with angles that are memorable.
