Yeah this is the main problem. Meltzer is entitled to have whatever tastes in matches that he wants, but the fact that he's basically the only game in town in terms of wrestling media (and I fuckin hate to call him "wrestling media") means that a certain subsection of fans takes everything he says and thinks as gospel. This isn't a problem in real sports since there's like, a thousand reporters covering it.
