Fortunately never. Attitude era had some great wrestlers, but it's looked back waaaaaayyyy too fondly. There was a sea of shit amidst the nuggets of gold it produced.

Plus workers today dont even wrestle the same or talk the same.

Plus small guys didn't get a push in the hw scene back then.

Never. WWE has set its sights on expansion into China and India. Both countries have very different views on morals and censorship to 90s pro wrestling.
