If you're worried about womens wrestling then elevate it with the talent. Make them work. IF they don't work then you find other solutions. You downgrade the product by giving less oppurtunities for the others.

My idea would be to set up some sort of inter gender championship. That way more talent can be seen on a shorter product.

The men keep getting promoted over the women simply because they're the men. Let's just ignore that the Four Horsewomen have been more over than the midcarders for a while now. The women should be in the main event on RAW on both merit and because after years of disgusting treatment it's the right thing to do.
