Did you see when Sami Zayn got out of a pin from KO last night by getting his foot under the rope? The rope is an extension in a straight line down to the mat and up to the ceiling, like the goal line in football.

If Dean wanted to beat HHH cleanly he would have had to drag him towards the center of the ring, which would have given HHH enough time to recharge and kick out.
