Which wrestlers career would make for a good biopic
Matt Jackson
Nick Jackson
The Young Bucks
The Young Cucks
the list could go on...
Biopics are always
>The rise
>The fall
>The rise again
Austins career kinda just goes off the cliff when the injuries catch up to him.

Bob Holly would make for a good Netflix drama 2bh
>The ongoing shenanigans of a perennial lower mid midcarder no one likes, but who really likes wrestling
>Entire first episode is set in an airport, Bob's waiting for Mick Foley to pick him up and tries to kill time in an awkward fashion
>Walks up to a coffee shop and is confused by the Italian words used instead of small/medium/large so just doesn't order anything
>Sees a kid with a Bret Hart T-shirt and tries to introduce himself as a wrestler, the kid doesn't know who he is
>Tries to call Vince to complain Foley hasn't picked him up, but his receptionist doesn't know who Bob Holly is or why he'd get to speak to Vince
>As a side story, Kevin Nash tries to get out the front door of the airport without Bob seeing him, incase he wants to share a taxi
Alright, fine. I give in. Where do I go to watch this?

>This thread AGAIN
http://www.f4wonline.com/wwe-news/wwe-smackdown-ratings-one-percent-week-236571
>With no competition from the NBA or NHL playoffs, SmackDown was up, very slightly, to 2.35 million viewers on Tuesday night.
>This was actually the highest number for SmackDown since the April 25th episode, which did 2.493 million viewers. SmackDown also retained over 90 percent of the Raw audience from Monday night, which is only the second time that has happened this year.
Smackdown is already within striking distance of RAM's ratings and will eventually pass them during football season.
BASED Jinder and BMAJ are saving WWE.

the game has been good so far

It has? I find it pretty crappy overall with tons of small fouls.
The goals were nice at least.

>It has? I find it pretty crappy overall with tons of small fouls.
They are literally tactical part of the game when you don't have the ball to slow the game down you mark. Like Randy Orton doing a chinlock.
Post yfw the GOAT wins his title back from Boring Lesnar
did they do this photo shoot while his shoulder was fucked?
>>2716914
before the match idiot
wrestling is fake you know
>>2716784
i hope
Will it surpass their first match?
It will not. In fact I'm going to predict Omega gets injured in this match doing some retarded fucking spot like he did in the last match.
>>2716226
nope, you can't surpass the greatest match of all time
but they'll damn sure try
>>2716226
>outlaw wrestling
Who do you think will win?
Who do you want to win?
Balor
Balor
>Wanting current Seth vs Brock
>Caring about Bray or Samoa Joe
>Implying Roman isn't having his title match at Wrestlemania
>le spooky swamp man who puts the crowd to zzz or finnetty
>one of the fatties or sethetty
None of them
I wish they all suffer some busted knee and they have to rewrite the whole thing
This WILL happen again (pun intended).
Sorry KUSH and sorry Hiromu, GOATspreay is coming for his championship.
God, I hope so.

wow stan hansen was so ridiculed by WWE

Special mention to his "It's Time" theme in 2008-2009
With the way this feud is centered around Bayley, anyone else see them bringing in someone to play the role of Bayley's dad?
Who should play the role for this modern day Dawn Marie/Al Wilson storyline?
>>2715542
Jimmy Smits
>>2715542
Gene Snitsky or Val Venis
would mark out if it was the guy who played Cena Sr.
did they?
>>2715497
Dump this comic pls they're funny in small doses
>>2715499
I thought the Seth one was unironically a better character arc for him than any of the shit they've done with him the past two years.
>>2715504
That bit with AJ Styles was neat and made complete sense for both characters so of course WWE couldn't make it if they tried.
This is going to go down as the greatest feud that never happened. And it's a damn fucking shame.
If AJ Styles returned to NJPW at Dominion in Bullet Club Red, and cost Omega his rematch victory, it would light a firestorm in the wrestling world that would push NJPW over WWE. Instead...AJ is wasting away in a no heat boring feud with Owens. Sad.
Prove me wrong.
>>2715427
Well...the argument could be made that without AJ leaving Kenny never gets the Giga Push where he moves up to Heavyweight and becomes the top gaijin. And Kenny being a massive weeb has helped him get over with the Japanese audience in a way that AJ probably wouldn't. So it's hard to say which would've been better.
It'll happen when Omega comes to WWE.
Omega will come to WWE eventually. He'll probably just wait out Vince. AJ may retire before Omega comes in, but he's showing zero signs of slowing down.
>>2715684
I think AJ could still go for awhile now. More unbelievable things have happened in wrestling, so I'd say Omega/Styles is a safe bet. If I'm honest, it'd probably better in NJPW, but I'd like to see it regardless.
who is 100% over, no exceptions?
>Brock
>Hardys
>New Day
>EnzoCass Entrance
>Naka Entrance
>Balor Entrance
is that it?
>AJ ?
>>2715199
There's no such thing as "an entrance being over but not the wrestler"
Ex: Enzo&Cass. They WERE over. These days, you'll notice they zoom the camera in tight on people imitating the "Can't teach that" arm movement rather than zooming out to show the crowd moving in unison (cuz they aren't). And the crowd barely laughs at their jokes and the cheering when they pander is half-hearted. Ergo, they are no longer over.
Contrast: Nakamura. There was so much heat with people wanting to see him in action, he got a pop from five-second scuffles with Ziggler.
Balor is a case of being over, but not 100%, as you put it. If people generally viewed him as a vanilla midget like /asp/ does, they wouldn't raise their arms during his intro.
>>2715199
Being over is subjective. In the arena, those might be over but ratings suggest that the only real things over in the fed are Brock, Hardyz, Jinder, and Braun.
>>2715235
Brock doesn't tip the ratings scale AT ALL.
The fuck you talking bout?
