What is /graps/? /graps/ is pure wrestling without flippy shit or stupid, over the top and choreographed move fests. It's about realism, legit techniques, hard strikes and cool submissions.

Holy shit this is in my top 3 favourite matches of all time. The crowd is INSANE the whole way through. The match feature pretty much all the big names of 80s New Japan and is part of a heated feud between NJPW loyalists and the break-away shooter faction that formed the UWF, lead by Akira Maeda. Hard hitting, non-stop action and what feels like legit heat between the two teams make this match a must watch for anyone into wrestling.

Another thing that makes this really interesting is that the top heel of NJPW (Umanosuke Ueda) actually decides to help Team New Japan against the invading force. Really adds an interesting dynamic.

Also everyone should watch Masahito Kakihara Produce from 8/14/2017, the card is bonkers. It even features Naomichi Marufuji doing shoot style!
