If WWE really wanted to boost views why dont they bring YouTuvers like Pewdiepie, Logan/Jake Paul on the show
>>2988510
Good idea, we always need more cringe
>>2988510
>Logan/Jake Paul
The absolute state of /YOU/
>>2988518

Some people buy this...
Meltzer' life is controlled by wrestling. Neglects his wife and kids because he needs to watch Joshi. I renumber when he was tweeting on Xmas day about where he could watch bingo hall wrestling. I felt sorry for him and his 12 hour work days.
Serious question. Not console wars shit. Why does WWE book venues that they can't fill? Seems to me if you have to tarp off a large part of the arena it's better to just book a venue you can fill completely.
I remember NJPW used to do this in the mid 2000s, booking expensive venues they couldn't fill even though they could back in the day. WWE is doing it now too, before they'd have the whole building packed but now they tarp off a large portion of the upper deck.
WWE is like a middle aged balding man clinging to the last bits of hair left on its head, rather than just shaving that shit off like it should.
>>2988134
That's an incredible analogy.
No, they're just delusional and think they're still able to fill arenas like they used to, as if they're still stuck in the 90's.
>>2988129
I think there is something in the general philosophy of the two companies. NJPW is more concerned with the "sell-through" rate of their shows. They want to make sure that they never overpay for a venue or production and ensure that they get every bit of cash they can even if it means that some people are left wanting tickets. In turn, this allows them to up the price of tickets a bit while still selling out. This is mirrored by companies like Sony and Nintendo when they launch a new console. Production is slower and they stay safe knowing they didn't lose a bunch of money on gambling with a new product.
WWE is more concerned with potential income. If they *can* possibly fill that arena, they want the opportunity to be there. No one who wants a ticket should go without. WWE can afford to do this because they have other sources of income that can help make up for whatever losses they take on booking an oversized venue.
I also have to imagine the arena/venue situation is different in Japan than it is in America.
To;dr: WWE is more concerned with potential income. NJPW plays it safe as a smaller company to maximise their return on running live shows.
ITT: Title reigns you've completely forgot that happened

I remember him losing to Goldberg. Does that count?
>>2988045
I suppose so. I honestly don't remember who he faced during his entire run. I'm assuming Reigns but I can't remember a single match
>>2988054
He fought Jasethy alot, but he had a ton of subpar matches that Jericho helped him win. I used to be a KO fan but now I have no interest in him. If BMAJ can't carry you to a good match that really says something.
MOMMY
why ya like men?
>>2988015
MOMMY WHERE DO YOU WANT MY CUMMIES
I unironically think she's beautiful and never want to sleep with her because her disappoint would be unbearable.

WWE never had a 6 star mat-
>>2987809
This was seriously an amazing match. 6 stars though?
>>2987809
>posts a 3.5 star match
What do you mean, pal?
>>2987833
It was better than a jap and a weeb slapping each other in the face for 45 minutes
Is anyone else actually looking forward to this match?
- Nakamura is good in the ring
- Mahal is decent; unspectacular but sound. Better than true shitters like Gallows, Cass and Corbin
- Together could produce a hard-hitting 'strong style' match
>Nakamura's character hasn't got going yet but hopefully a strong feud with actual drama will bring it out; Mahal is one of the very few genuinely entertaining characters in E today (alongside the Titus brand, Fashion cops and Goddess Alexa)
- And...if Nakamura stays lukewarm and then starts to fizzle out, this can be the context for a heel turn some time in 2018 - "I wa da bes in da wurr whe I came heea fom Japa, bu yu fan diiun care. A bes yu chee me haaf-haateh-ly - yu diiun tluly applecia me a a artis. Stupi, firthy Amelicans! Yu ah raycis agens Japanese!" Then strikes up an unlikely friendship Jinder as someone who feels the fans treated him in the same way, leading to a GOAT monster heel tag team championship run as the Kings of Asian strong style.

In WWE they are completely underutilized, it is really fucking sad desu
>>2987803
if anything, corbin and cass are better than gallows in-ring. the guy has been around forever and is still useless.
This is a basketball game.
These are the exact type of arenas WWE use.
The hardcam is in the exact same spot as WWE uses.
Picture 1. The hardcam zoomed in. This is roughly the level of zoom the WWE uses in matches.
Picture 2. The hardcam zoomed all the way back.
What's this? People actually in front of the camera?
But but but you don't sell tickets in front of the hardcam??
Will E-Drones continue to use this defence?
Wow Jdrones literally care this much

If you combine Raw, SmackDown, 205 Live and NXT, they kinda win on volume.
