Omega has a great 2016, but 2017 has been all Okada. Okada works different styles and gets amazing matches out guys like Fale and Cody, Kenny is amazing at highspots and comedy, but doesn't have half the NWA champ, raw natural ring skill Okada has.

He's definitely one of the best. I think any discussion about a clear cut 'best wrestler' is pretty much impossible to conclude in any era. It encompasses a lot of ground. Best how? Best in the ring? Most charisma (however you define that)? Draws money? How do you define how much money they drew? Etc.. Anyway his matches are usually really good and he seems to elevate most of his opponents which is the hallmark of an excellent worker in my opinion. It's possible to not like him I suppose, but it's not possible to say he isn't extremely skilled.
