the brown off color that is my asshole.
>So you don't like it when a worker has to build a groundswell of support working the midcard, and is then slowly pushed to main event, like Daniel Bryan or Dean Ambrose
>But you also don't like it when promotions identify a talented guy early and push them right out of the bat, like Roman Reigns or Kazuchika Okada
Go back to wew

They had a good debut. They stepped up to the plate after Enzo's injury, and the time machine sketch with New Day is still the best New Day sketch of this entire year.
They're talented and they actually talk better on the mic than 90% of the roster. I hope that get a real chance after the brand split.
They're good wrestlers working a deadend gimmick
Issue #00003 Darts is Raw edition

like when muhammed hassan would cut promos about being accepting of other cultures and the crowd wanted to execute him?
wrestling fans are dumb as fuck
Chances are she's better than your favorite wrestler.
But she is my favourite wrestler
>divashit marks actually believe this
Who is she and what are her good matches?
So what does /asp/ think of rebranding the SmackDown broadcast as an actual sports broadcast? Obviously it would still be a work, but:
>commentary emphasis on fighting styles, backgrounds, etc
>less promos, more in-ring storytelling
>no ridiculous segments about nonsense
>some kind of ranking system, where fighters are assigned points for wins and losses, with the leader of these rankings the number 1 contender for the championship. this makes all matches meaningful.
>kayfabe prize money
>etc
GOAT or WOAT?

Not going to work. Too many people know shits fake.
>>1474640
Obviously it's not meant to fool anyone... it's just something I thought of watching UFC the other day. Like, I love the analysis and build, and then the shit in the ring is so fucking boring because they're trying to win and not get their head caved in, not put on a show. So why not take the same presentation and make it an actual performance?
>>1474648
Because most wrestling fans don't watch for the match. They want to hear the performers do their catch phrase so they can chant along with it, and see what t-shirt the talent is wearing so they can be sure to buy one on the way out of the arena.
He was a big child... What kind of cruel word does this to one of its own? It's the law of the jungle... Only the strong survives, and the weak fades away into the darkness. You all pointed fingers and laughed; and took from him his innoSence, just because he was different! They're all guilty! Guilty! And they don't even know it! But I fixed him! And now, the kings of this Earth chase and escort to torment him. He fears them, and they grieved for him! (I fixed him) I will hurt you, (Erick Rowan) just like you hurt me. (Don't apologize) They shall feel the smoke of his burning soul.

BROTHER NERO
>>1474496
>A cult leader being similar to a guy who thinks he's smart.
Honestly, you're pretty retarded if you see any connection with a fight with someone's brother than a group on group brawl with a guy who has the same character since 2013.

Ivan Drago really let himself go.
Ya being a stupid boy
He's the reason I stopped watching WWE originally
what does /asp/ think of the here We Go commercials on the WWE Network? I like it, it doesn't fit a wrestling show but it's comfy
so yesterday

I think they should start changing it up. They have been using it for months now.

>Following the WWE Draft next week, Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that RAW talent will appear on WWE Superstars, while SmackDown stars will be on WWE Main Event.
Is this the rebirth of Heat/Velocity?
Well that confirms becketty will be on Raw then to continue her reign as superstars champion
Wake me up when they bring back based Shotgun Saturday Night.

Hyped for the NXT cruiserweight lads appearing on Velocity.
http://whatculture.com/wwe/big-show-vs-shaq-set-for-wrestlemania-33
>Last night's ESPY Awards not only gave us a big dose of wrestling with John Cena hosting the show, but it also finally confirmed a match between The Big Show and Shaquille O'Neal that has been teased for years.
>In 2009, Shaq was the guest host of Monday Night Raw, and went face-to-face with the Big Show. He ended up knocking the giant down with a clothesline. At this year's WrestleMania, the two battled it out once again, causing each other to get eliminated from the Andre The Giant Battle Royal at the same time.
>Round three now looks set to go down at WrestleMania 33. As Show and Shaq were walking the red carpet to the ESPY's, they had a brief confrontation. A match was proposed, and Show asked if the former basketball star was serious. He replied that he is. The two then hugged, and Big Show told Shaq he loved him...which may be one of the oddest ways to begin promoting a fight that we've ever seen in wrestling.
Will Wrestlemania 33 be the worst WM of all time?
BASED. This will be an absolute epic bout that will cause vanilla midget loving smarks to commit sodoku. I can't fucking wait!
>>1474058
Nah, it will just show non-smarks how boring big guy wrestling really is.
>shaq and nate robinson vs big show and hornswoggle
Are Japs the future of WWE Superstars?
No they're memes

It would be nice if he could speak english. I like everything else about him. He sells a hell of a lot better than Nakamura does.
No, they're old af and wasted their prime in Japan, Ibuka is already 35 years old. Plus they can't connect on the mic
