Look, the IWC (internet wrestling community) doesn't like Cena because he's sort of anachronistic. He's the "good ol' American golden boy" archetype: square jaw, muscle-bound, always self-righteous and shit. It's boring. It's passe. And he's sort of a symbol for a patriotic, simpler America that never REALLY existed.

He doesn't feel real to a newer generation of fans. You see the New Day, Bayley, etc. getting over with younger IWC fans because they speak their language. Cena is an old man's idea of what a comic-book ubermensch is.
