First of all I know I'm gonna be called a troll, but I don't give a hell about it. Say whatever you want.
I know that WWE is actualyl trying to push empowered women and lgbt community, but I think they are still not doing the best job at it by a long shot. I mean - I know it's not as terrible as it was in 1996, where there were maybe 4 women in the WWF, with one match per year and no women's title - It was a terrible time, but we are still not THERE yet.
I think that having just one diva title per brand is not enough. Why do men have 3 titles per brand and one of it is tag team and women have only 1 title? They should add more titles for women to fight for, like women championship for bigger ladies, tag team female championship.
Now the roster - divas from SD and RAW combined don't even make the amount of men that are on the roster of SD OR RAW alone. This is unacceptable in this day! They should have equal rosters.
Women also should be represented better. First of all, they should have their own PPVs, in which gay men could compete too. They should also have a co-main events at other PPVs, more matches at PPVs and main event more weekly shows, because it is atrocious that they just had their FIRST own main event last week. This is not enough.
And also, there should be less racism and more pro lgbt angles too. Put titles on more black people, especially the main titles. I guess they kinda want to please LGBT community with New Day, but that's not enough. Have much more gay, lesbian, bi and transgender angles! But not the typical gay-boys etc. to make fun of them, NO!
Not to mention - what about minorities in religion? I hate it that no muslim is pushed to the main event!!! THIS IS 2016 FOR FUCKS SAKE! Not 1999! This is racist that the only muslim characters were being mocked for their beliefs / characters. Make them serious, not to mock them.

Lol, you didn't read it beacuse you are scared of the truth. But you are going to read this tldr that I made specifically for you:
1. Hire more women
2. Make more championships for women
3. Have female-only PPVs (LGBT people can compete there too)
4. More main events for females, especially on weekly shows, but also co-main events at PPVs
5. Push LGBT angles
6. Push black people (especially to the main titles spots)
7. More muslim people (but not the typical racist terrorist heel gimmicks)
