I don't know about Mae Young, but Fabulous Moolah was a real cunt. She used blackmail and hooked wrestlers on drugs so as to control the woman's wrestling scene. She supposedly personally both physically and sexually abused her trainees.

She also almost singlehandedly destroyed women's wrestling in America due to her backstage politics. And due to both her influence, and her training methods a lot of people emulated her rather shitty style of wrestling (she was one of the worst wrestlers to ever live, and lacked any real promo skills). Not to mention she went out of her way to get rid of anyone who became popular besides her, far worse than Hogan or Haitch or any of the typical 'backstage politicians' that people rant about on this sub.

tl;dr She's a contender for the title of single biggest scumbag in pro-wrestling history

Did she pimp out a bunch of girls in exchange for wrestling training and bookings? Yes but who cares?
