Would UFC/MMA be entertaining if it was fake?

Let's imagine UFC/MMA was scripted,had storylines, characters (heels and faces), and the fights were semi-real, would it actually be watchable?
I cant watch MMA for 2 mins without dying of boredom, so how good would it be?

With WWE I only watch matches I'm hyped for. For UFC I watch every fight on the card despite only being drawn to 2 fights on a card. Even the fucking women are entertaining in UFC.
