Bret Harts follows his career before during and I think after the screw job. It's really great you see him talking with shawn triple h & Earl during the screw job. You also see him resenting the crowd because they start cheering Austin and booing him even though their supposed be cheering him (face) and booing Austin (heel)

Most wrestlers and people in the business call and credit Perfect as one of the best workers and technical wrestlers of all time. Not to mention he was a hardcore riber but always helped the young talent out.
So why was he so underused in WWF? He was never a long running champion.
