Steph has, as it seems, no business being in charge of creative. Her on camera heel character is also very poorly written. A heel, especially evil boss, is supposed to get their commupance (idk the spelling). She never does. If she was more like the mr mcmahon character she could be good

John Cena is known for working on the fly with just the finish planned, while Reigns is known to plan entire matches with whoever he's wrestling as well as management. Steiner had the shoot approach for most of his career, especially WCW and TNA, where he'd loosely work to a script of spots with freedom in between, with the ref telling him when to go for the finish.

Interestingly, AJ Styles is known to plan out several spots and interchange them depending on crowd reaction. Truly the GOAT.
