It's easy when you never leave the house.
So he's losing tonight, right?
>>2596827
honestly who gives a shit, he was never interesting or entertaining, and we was never going to be a major player.
basically a less scary big show, and we all know the trajectory of his career.

hi Roman
>>2596862
Roman is worse as a face than Braun is as a heel.
But come on people, they're both solid 5's, you cant actually tell me you give a shit about this at all
Is there a pair of men of the roster more adorbs than these two?
I still unironically think Sami has the potential to be the next big babyface of the company.

people will never get behind him that heavily because Muslims are the most hated people in the world right now

3/4 of the audience probably doesn't even know he is a muslim. And even if they did they still cheer for him so i guess they don't care

>natural charisma that just connects with the crowd
If he ever came back to wrestling, would people really care? It feels like his spot's been filled by talent from New Japan.
I was one of those people who was upset with how WWE handled CM Punk, because I did really like him. Watching him in 2011 felt like nothing in wrestling had felt since watching Stone Cold in 1997. That wasted potential is kind of infuriating, because the moment's gone. Punk isn't Punk anymore, and watching him try to be that guy for a nostalgia pop would just be kind of sad.
I don't think I'd ever want to see him wrestle again.
>>2596666
He was my favorite guy on the roster before he left. But now he's completely soiled his "brand." His appeal was in his ability to play both smarks and marks, along with passable in ring abilities, and good promos/charisma.
Pretty much the only person on the roster he's ever had extended contact with is John Cena. So unless Jeff Hardy had the title, and Punk returned at #30 in a Royal Rumble, I don't see him having anyone he'd obviously pair well with.
I think his remaining fans will hype it up like crazy. But he'll just end up floating around doing nothing important, and then the hype will fade. And all we'll have it a hollow shell of someone once enjoyable.
If he wants to come back successfully, he needs to do a few things. He can either train more and be somewhat decent in the UFC. Or he can go to ROH to get his smark support back, and then NJPW to get his in ring abilities top tier. After that he'd also have to make amends with the WWE management, and make sure he gets a good story to return to. But on the other hand going to ROH and NJPW will lower the hype for him by quite a bit.
Honestly Phil is a faggot who ruined his life over nothing. He was never "the guy" so he won't be brought up in 10 years in the same way Cena will. He'll basically be Bret Hart in the sense that he's known by fans, but has nothing truly remarkable. His biggest accomplishment was holding a belt for a year and a half, and that's about it.
I'd like to see him return for nostalgia's sake. But honestly there's no way he returns to the same fame he had when he left. Phil would have had his mania main event and probably another title reign had he just stuck around. A 40 year old man has no business throwing a temper tantrum and going to get into fights with men in the prime of their life.

Except nobody WWE is signing is nearly as good on the mic as Punk is and the last thing WWE needs right now is "good workrate"

If you replace highly over, if somewhat goofy, but fun nonetheless luchador gimmick with the most generic vanilla babyface one, you get Sami Zayn. I still really like the guy's work, but fuck that booking. Its more generic than his old ring name.
1997-1999 Stone Cold?

Rock

Austin is the most over person ever
Will you be annoyed if he comes out and wins clean tonight?
>>2596505
Nah who gives a fuck it's a raw PPV
I've stopped caring enough about RAM that I just enjoy the ride of buttmad whenever Roman sticks his head out the door
>>2596505
Yes.
1. Braun deserves better since he's actually over
2. Wouldn't make sense if they're saving Roman/Lesnar down the line and having Braun lose at WWE Presents GREAT BALLS.
I don't even plan to watch this shitfest just like i haven't watched a full PPV or Show from WWE in like 10 years but it would be such a (usual) retarded decision to make him win clean vs someone who has potential to be the fucking heel of the company.
