I need help friends, I can't tell if the white bugdie

I don't think you can properly sex a birb without looking at their junk or doing a blood test (I can't remember if the blood test is only for when they're young or also as an adult).
Either way you'd be better off asking the vet and getting a professional hands-on answer.

Budgies are literally the easiest specie of domestic bird to sex.
If that fleshy shit above their beak blue, it a male.
If it pink, it female.

If it is pink, yes, but in this case it's white, I'm sure they are both young females.
