Could anyone ID this beetle?

I looked online but I could only find carolina tiger beetle but I don't think that is it, as the legs are different color and it doesn't have the yellowish line around the wings

Im in Georgia (raised in San Diego) I get a random green but its rare.

But anyway, thanks to that I found an article on kissing bugs explaining that this is just a similar looking but harmless leaf-legged bug.
