In a geology class we are required to do a 5-10 minute presentation on anything geology related. I don't know to much about geology but we are required to cite a reference book and audio/visual source. Is there anything with a lot of information about it that is rather interesting?
Some of the examples were like tectonics, blood diamonds, the Himalayas, alps, black holes, hubble telescope. Those are some of the examples

Do a presentation with just slides of pretty minerals in the style of /v/'s angry geologist anon. Scream everything.

Isn't to be mean, but you should question this in /sci/, weeks ago they had a nice mineral thread

Fucking magnets, how do they work?

You could do a presentation about the different types of islands that can form in the Pacific. Get info from Wiki about each one, then talk about each type of island for a minute, and there's your presentation.
