Put it in some soil, water it, give it lots of light, only water it again when the soil is dry.
It's a socculent, so it thrives in dry conditions.
Of course, you can be a little bit more generous with water the first couple of times to encourage root growth, but still wait for the soil to be dry.
Take off the lower 4 or 5 leaves and stick it in a hole you make with a finger in the soil.
Many people talk about drainage like it's the second coming of Christ, but almost all my plants live and thrive (some for 10+ years now) in closed pots. Just don't water too much
