Can chinchillas process television? They get mighty lonesome in their cage and I thought they could use a distraction

I have often wondered if my lizards would appreciate some kind of thing to look at or listen to. One of my crested geckos has been pointedly staring at the wall across from his tank for the past hour and I wonder, d-do you want to listen to some music or watch tv or something? But I doubt it. He seems pretty content to sit and stare.
I routinely play classical music for my pets (chinchillas included) and they all seem quite happy to chill out and relax to baroque.
