Also is that white stuff web? I fed it a cricket cut in pieces and within 2 days it died and got covered in that white stuff, normally I remove food every 3-4 days. I did not think land tarantulas would web that much, my OBT webbed his whole set up. But this one doesn't eat and it's done this several times how does it produce so much? Unless it's something else.

Also, if it makes a difference it seemed dead when I first got it and didn't move at all for 2-4 days, and I think it has a funny leg but it walks around sometimes or if I open the lid.

This is my OBT just as a bump. It's very active and eats a lot.

White stuff looks like mold to me. I would remove it from that enclosure, and put it in a new one with a lot more substrate. Since slings love to burrow, it's probably stressed/unhappy with that thin layer.
