im in mexico and i dont have a lot of money to take her to the vet yet, but a goverment "veterinarian" came yesterday, and he said that those were filled with infected liquid, but i know he is not right. do you have any idea about what are these things called and if she is afected about them?

Is the mass rock hard? If it has infected fluid I would take a sterile scalpel and lance it. After you lance it you need to be sure to disinfect it, preferably with chlorohexidine. You can also use alcohol, but it will sting. Peroxide is 3rd best.
Make sure he does NOT scratch or fuss at all. If he does you need to put an Elizabethian collar on.
If the mass is rock hard it can be cancer.

I remember I had an abscess and tried to cut it myself but had to go to a doc in the end because I couldn't just pop it with a needle.
