I have a shiba puppy who is 7 months old now and needs to be neutered. I was thinking about stud service for him since he has champ blood line and akc papers...but idk. Anyways, is it better to get him fixed at a vet or a shelter? Any experiences?

Please don't neuter an animal who isn't finished growing.
If you want to use him as a stud, he needs to get his OFA certifications to make sure his hips and elbows are excellent, among other things.

This. Wait until he's 12 months before neutering him. A vet will cost more, but you'll get better followup than a spay/neuter clinic run by a shelter. It's not an expensive surgery anyway.
If you're going to breed him, don't be a douche...get his hips/eyes/etc certified at the very least. That shit costs more money than you probably spent on him. Unless he's a show champion himself (or unless you plan to title him in obedience/agility/rally-o or train him as a therapy dog) there's really no point in breeding him. To be responsible and do it right is crazy expensive and time consuming. If he's just your pet then snip him and let him be.

You can try a home remedy or one of those flea baths but make sure it's ferret safe. Constantly check for them. If they're still there after that take it to the vet.

i had two rats (will be 2 in march) but one of them passed away recently. just found out my other rat will need surgery to remove a tumor on wednesday. the vet said not to get another friend until my rat heals from the tumor removal. my rat is very lonely and depressed. he eats but he just sits in his igloo all day and wont come out.i want to go out and get a friend tomorrow.
what do i do?

My parakeet died and i still have no idea why. he ate fresh green apples and i let him play around in my room. i started feeding him this multicolored pellet food (dry) and then he started acting out and jumping at the bottom of his cage. he was always a very clam lil dude so this was out of the ordinary for him. he also started to have brown solid poop, before then his poop was a dark green swirl. then he was dead on the bottom of his cage. (i bought him at petco also)

I use an undercoat rake to get my dogs undercoat out. But she's shedding a LOT of topcoat hairs. They're wiry and long. What is the best tool to remove these hairs? Srsly they're everywhere in my house.

So I had two hamsters, sisters. And I got them when they were still babies.
Everything was fine, but sometimes they'd start fighting really aggressively and biting and scratching eachother.
I have no idea why'd they do this sometimes. It'd be weird because it'd mostly happen when I took them out of the cage and put them on my couch to play with them.
Anyway, one day I noticed that one of the hamsters had a pink mass on its stomach. And it would squeek when I touched it. I was afraid it was cancer. I took it to the vet and he confirmed it.
He told me that it'd be too expensive too save her and even if he did, she had a low chance of survival after a week. He said it'd be better if she was put down.
Anyway, the day after I came home with no hamster. And a day later her sister suddenly died out of nowhere.
Did her sister sense her sister died? Why did she suddenly die if she didn't have cancer? Can hamsters die from grief?
